A member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) – Qualifying in November 2009, Jason graduated from Portsmouth University with a BSc (Hons) in Property Development.
As well as being a Director of Doughty Newnham, Jason has previously worked as a Senior Property Manager for Public Sector organisations covering Hampshire, Isle of Wight and East Sussex. Prior to this he worked in the private sector for MDL marinas (the largest marina operator in Europe) managing circa 150 of their commercial units at five marinas across the South of England.
At the start of his career Jason gained extensive experience working for the property assets team at the Isle of Wight Council and even spent time working for the property team of the City Council in Thunder Bay, Ontario, Canada.
An expert in project management and working closely with tenants and management, Jason ensures efficient operations and maximised profits for commercial estates and properties.
Jason’s interests include running, cycling, motor sports, travelling and spending time with his children.

As well as being a Director in Doughty Newnham, Stuart has gained extensive experience of the property industry through working for both Private Practice and the Public Sector organisations. Stuart started his carrier working for a Property Development & Investment Company based in Sandbanks Poole before returning to the Isle of Wight.
His expertise is in professional landlord and tenant instructions and from managing interests in multi-let retail and residential investments to negotiating rent reviews of single industrial units.
Stuart has acted as both as an in-house surveyor as Landlord / Tenant and has represented landlords and tenants on individual instructions, so appreciates the importance and need to fully understand individual requirements.
When he isn’t working, Stuart enjoys travelling, cycling, running and exploring the countryside and what the Island has to offer with his wife and Labrador.
